There are so many worthwhile charity events in New York City, but this one is dear to my heart.  Each year, The Pride of New York Award honors a great New York Chef  or restaurateur to raise funds for Maryhaven Center of Hope.   Maryhaven is one of Long Island’s oldest and largest nonprofit programs helping adults and children with disabilities.

For the past decade I have had the privilege of planning this memorable evening.  You can imagine how each year is so unique depending on the chef and the venue.  This year the Award goes to Sirio Maccioni and the Maccioni Family, owners of the world renowned Le Cirque Restaurant.  Le Cirque’s chef is creating a special dinner for us.  I was at a tasting last week, and I can assure you, it’s going to be divine!

Past recipients of the PONY Award include Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Francois Payard, Mark Straussman, and Lidia Bastianich.

Please join us for this very special night of cocktails, dinner, and dancing; as well as an incredible silent auction. We only have 100 seats available for this spectacular dinner.
