The next time tacos are on the dinner menu, break out these mango lime popsicles for dessert. You won’t regret it!
- 1 cup mango, diced (can be frozen)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Puree in food processor or blender.
- Pour and evenly divide into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 4 hrs or overnight.
