Quarantine won’t stop me from singing! Even if it’s from my kitchen. 🎤🎶My good friend Richard Skipper – a talented entertainer, raconteur, and theatre historian — has spent his recent years working on his own cabaret series, “Richard Skipper Celebrates.” We were supposed to perform together in my spring cabaret show, but due to the current state of the world, we had to put everything on hold for now.

Stay Home and Keep Cooking

Richard asked me if I would talk about the importance of staying home during these crazy times. I thought, what better way to do so than while cooking and singing! The other night we had family over (I know, something that seems almost foreign to all of us these days!) so I thought I would make this beautiful one-pan branzino dish. Everything about this recipe reminds me of my time in the South of France and so does the Aperol Spritz with Nicole Miller Rose!

Branzino Provencal Pamela Morgan

My version of Branzino Provençal is healthy and full of fresh, colorful ingredients that you probably already have in your fridge or pantry. I’m even using my friend Nicole Miller’s rosé to help make the most delicious pan sauce. The seductive aroma on its own is enough to have everyone running into the kitchen! The best part about this recipe is that once you put your fish in the oven, all of the ingredients release their own juices and you get this wonderful natural sauce that you can pour right on top. C’est Magnifique! And by the way, I am wearing the most comfy and stylish clothes to cook in.  Click on Anatomie on our site to shop!!!
