Now, that was back in 2009, and since then we’ve made some updates and I’ve included further adaptations of my classic Guacamole, but this is still a tried a true option! Enjoy alone or with a small group of your best friends–because this dish will be scooped up, quickly!
Some notes:
You may use another type of onion if you prefer, but traditionally, Mexicans use the white onions.
Although most Americans eat guacamole with tortilla chips–we love our fried foods, the old way to serve guacamole is inside a fresh warm corn tortilla.
